2.Our factory:
We are a the joint venture of Taiwan Full Luck Group and Chongqing Battery General Factory, focus on the production of motorcycles, cars, electric vehicles, general machinery battery. Our factory has the worldwide advanced production equipment and supporting technology of Taiwan Full Luck Group, Our products include various motorcycles, cars, electric vehicle, general machinery real-time use application (dry charge) and VRLA battery. The yearly capacity is more than 500,000 KVAh.
3.R&D Center
Our factory has a professional research and development team of 17 people, we have been cooperating with Chongqing University and Zhengzhou University of Light Industry, focusing on the research and development of materials, technology and products. Our target is to produce batteries meeting our customer's trust and satisfaction, and try our best to create value for our customers.
With the support from HONDA (HGA\HRCH), YAMAHA(YMRS), SUZUKI and other experts, our battery uses new materials, new processes and reduces pollutants. The product performance has been improved comprehensively, all performance indicators are at the leading level in China. We are cooperating with all Japanese motorcycle producers and high-end motorcycle producers in China.
4. Battery structure:
(1) We use a scientific pole plate fixing process, which effectively improves the adhesion of lead paste.
(2) We have designed a labyrinth top cover to avoid leaking of liquid if rollover.
(3) Labyrinth of exhaust way to guarantee good sealing.
(4) Battery container to avoid lead paste's falling off.
(5) Drawing- in type grid tech to reduce the rate of self discharge and liquid loss.
(6) Enveloped separator to avoid short circuit
(7) Central tab design to improve starting performance.
(8) Lower fixed structure to minimize the effect caused by bumping.
5.Testing:
We have the most complete and advanced testing system and equipment in China, we can simultaneously test the performance indicators of 108 batteries according to different requirements.
Parts of the performance testing on batteries by Chongqing Motorcycle Inspection Center and Chongqing Administration for Market Regulation are conducted in our factory.
